Exterior colours of the house

The bricks are Boral Kurrajong with natural mortar. The roof tiles are Boral Gun Metal Grey. The guttering is Woodland Grey. The windows are black.

Here is a close up of the bricks. I really love the range of colours which the bricks can provide and whilst they have a brown base there is red combined with the magnesium flecks through them. I also like the texturing on the brick which provides a different look.

This is a side on view of the entry and verandah to the house

Here is a closer look at the entry and verandah which is slightly off centre from the end of the court which will provide a degree of privacy. A the top of the pic you may notice a gap which will be filled with timber gabling.

House is at lockup and plaster has started

It has been a month since the last update so I thought I would update progress and also have added more pics of how the house is looking. We have reached the lockup stage of the house and the brickie has laid the final bricks today. The plasterboard has been delivered and hung. Apparently the plasterer will be there for the next couple of weeks.
