We had initially gone down the path of getting the house custom designed however this proved to be outside of our budget and we have now settled on the Stanthorpe 33 by Dennis Family Homes.

The only change which we are planning to make structurally is to replace the living room with an outside room (alfresco). Currently we are working towards getting a quotation for the house as we would like to incorporate a lot of our fitting / finishes selections which we made when designing our custom house.
We were able to revise the floor plan to allow the entry to be closer to the driveway and also to satisfy the setback requirements from the developer. This involved some creative work on the part of Dennis Family Homes where we used a smaller version of the same house for the Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4, Bathroom, WC & Laundry and Linen. The bonus here is that as a result we ended up with 2 Walk In Linens (one at each end of the house) which was a welcome bonus. There was one further revision which was made to the plan is that Bedroom 2 was moved next to the Study and Bedroom 1.
